Advisor Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:
The Referring Advisor must be an active travel advisor registered with Explorest Travel at the time of referral.

Referral Process:
The Referring Advisor must complete and submit the official Explorest Travel Referral Form prior to the Referred Advisor contacting Explorest Travel. Incomplete or untimely referrals will be deemed invalid.

Referral Bonus:
A Referring Advisor may earn a maximum of one (1) referral bonus per unique Referred Advisor.

Qualified Referral:
A Referred Advisor is considered qualified when they establish an active advisor relationship with Explorest Travel in accordance with Explorest Travel’s onboarding requirements.

Payment of Referral Bonus:
Referral bonuses will be paid within 30 days of the Referred Advisor’s onboarding confirmation and according to Explorest Travel’s standard payment methods.

Limitations:
Referral bonuses are non-transferable, cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated, and are subject to change or cancellation at Explorest Travel’s sole discretion.

Compliance:
Both Referring and Referred Advisors must comply with all applicable laws and Explorest Travel policies. Explorest Travel reserves the right to withhold bonuses if it determines any fraudulent or unethical conduct related to the referral.
