Terms and Conditions
Effective: June 1, 2025
The Explorest Travel Advisor Referral Program ("Program") is offered by Explorest Travel, LLC ("Explorest Travel", "we", "us", or "our") and is open to registered U.S.-based travel advisors. Participation in the Program constitutes your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Eligibility
The Explorest Travel Advisor Referral Program is open to all U.S.-based travel advisors ("Referrer", "Referrer Advisor", or "Referrer Agency") who are actively registered with Explorest Travel. While participation is nationwide, the program is administered in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
Referral Reward
Referrers are eligible to receive a $150 USD gift card (issued electronically) for each successful referral when the following criteria are met:
- The referred travel advisor (“Referred Advisor”) must be a new advisor to Explorest Travel and not previously registered in our database.
- The Referred Advisor must complete a new client booking with Explorest Travel.
- The referred client must complete their full travel itinerary booked through Explorest Travel.
- The booking must be made directly through the Referred Advisor, and not by a third party or individual traveler.
Reward Payment
The $150 gift card will be issued to the Referrer within 14 business days following the successful completion of travel by the Referred Advisor’s client.
Gift cards will be delivered electronically to the email address on file for the Referrer. Explorest Travel is not responsible for delivery errors due to outdated or incorrect email addresses.
Limitations & Conditions
- Referrer may only earn one reward for each Referred Advisor
- If multiple advisors claim the same referral, Explorest Travel will review and determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
- No reward will be issued if the Referred Advisor is already registered with Explorest Travel at the time of referral.
- Rewards are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
- Explorest Travel reserves the right to substitute a gift card of equal value if necessary.
- Participants must comply with all applicable laws, including Florida’s rules regarding promotional offers and disclosures.
Right to Modify or Terminate
Explorest Travel reserves the right to amend or terminate the Referral Program or these Terms & Conditions at any time, for any reason, without prior notice, including
retroactively.
Governing Law
This Program shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from participation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Broward County, Florida.
