This fully remote role offers the opportunity to craft and execute social media strategies that bring our transformative safari experiences to life and connect with audiences worldwide.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and implement engaging social media strategies across multiple platforms.
• Create compelling, high-quality content that reflects Explorest Travel’s brand and vision.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to audience interactions, and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns to drive engagement and bookings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging is aligned and impactful.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our channels innovative and effective.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in Travel Industry Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
• Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content.
• Expertise in developing and implementing content strategies that drive engagement.
• Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable working remotely.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Compensation is entirely based on commission and profit-sharing, giving you the opportunity to earn based on the business you generate and the overall success of Explorest Travel.
